Job description

BI Developer - Contract role

UK based remote working

Day rate to £380

Responsible for the delivery of technical solutions to support reporting, data mining, and analytics, whilst also supporting business leaders to shape the operational and strategic direction of the business.

Developing/maintaining technical documentation detailing the design and operation of the BI systems, also developing/maintaining governance documentation, including Data Dictionaries and Data Flow Diagrams.

Skills needed to include:

Demonstrable experience of analytics and reporting database design and implementation

SSRS - SSIS - Microsoft SQL Server (2017 and 2019) - T-SQL (incl. stored procedures and functions) - using Git for version control.

Highly Desirable skills include:

Can use other BI and reporting tools (IBM Cognos, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Looker etc.)

Knowledge of MySQL

Experience of object-oriented programming including C#

Familiarity with Cloud Platforms including AWS and GCP

Any previous experience with betting or gambling industry is highly desirable.
