Change manager x 5 required for a large transformation based in the North West paying between £350 - £450 per day.

My client are going through a large complex technology led transformation programme, which requires multiple new OD/TOM's, new process, new ways work working and cultural change.

You'll need to have a strong background in change management comfortable working with Senior Stakeholders going through the impact analysis and designing the "to Be" state of the business. You'll need to understand their world, helping them embrace the new ways of working, but also looking for ways to improve them. You'll need to identify where and what training is required as well as working to ensure the relevant comms are delivered.

You must have experience of previously working on a large scale organisation re design, ideally with a technology elements well.
