The opportunity…

Great permanent opportunity for a Business Analyst with a successful legal firm based in Manchester. They are a well-established global company with a presence across multiple locations worldwide. Currently looking for a permanent BA to join their team and support across a broad range of tech and business focused projects.

They are committed to offering the best service possible to their clients and looking to technology to see how current processes can be transformed and optimised. This role will join an Agile team and support across various projects such as streamlining business process, improving client onboarding, system transformations etc.

At this stage they are working remotely so this will be starting as a remote position - long term the plan is to return to a mix of home / office work e.g. 3 days on site, 2 days from home.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong BA skills across project scoping, requirement gathering, facilitating workshops, effective stakeholder management
  • Broad experience across a blend of tech and business / change focused projects
  • Experience working on change / transformation programmes
  • Ability to work well with tech and non-tech people
  • Organised, self-starter - able to work well autonomously
  • Ideally a professional services / private sector background
