Job description

Project Manager (Business Change)

Can be based in Bracknell, London or Milton Keynes (initially working from home)

3 months (circa 12 months worth of work) - Date Rate to £500

Working for a leading Facilities Management Business, the successful Project Manager will need to have recently worked within Facilities Management or worked for a business that deals with Mobile Workforce (Engineers, 3rd Party Suppliers). You will also have recent experience of working within a business change environment (operational) - we are not looking for IT Project Managers.

You will be responsible for the governance and overview of multiple projects with the overall aim of improving the way each business unit works - Taking overall responsibility for creating and maintaining detailed plans and timelines, actions for each project, resource tracker, RAIDs.

Holding regular Steer Co. sessions and working groups to hold people to account for completing actions and updating actions as needed.

Working with Stakeholders to gather information - have excellent ability to say no to Stakeholders if decisions affect project plans.

Good IT skills which must include Office 365 and MS Project Online experience.
