*** URGENT CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY ***
Commercial (Contracts) Analyst
Based from Home initially with a view to working from our Clients Office in Portsmouth or London
Rate of £400 per day - Outside IR35 - 3 months initially (circa 12 months worth of work)

This role will see you responsible for analysing complex customer and supplier agreements in order to ascertain and summarise key source data that is to be compiled by our clients data collection team for entry into their new CAFM system.
We need someone to unpick and understand the information, looking for gaps and translating it into one standardised format. This will require going through large piles of documents, schedules, maintenance contracts etc.

5 years or more commercial experience required working for a major Facilities Management provider is essential along with knowledge and experience of Facilities Management contractual principles.
You will need to have strong skills in the use of Excel, Word & SharePoint.
Self-motivated team player able to work on own initiative whilst interfacing with senior management, operational teams and contract managers is also essential.
Chartered Surveyor or equivalent status (desirable).
