Business Change Manager

Home based then Manchester or London thereafter

3 months (circa 12 months worth of work)

Day Rate to £500

This role will see you support the lead Project Manager on the delivery of a Property and TOM strategy for a leading Facilities Management business from an opertations/strategic view/implementation.

Advise on implications of deployment options from a front line perspective, including - Training needs/methods - Risks and related Contingency Plans - Customer acceptance.

You will also assist in construction and delivery of comms, providing assistance in liaising between business and programme teams.

You will need to have excellent experience in Transformational Change - specifically around TOM (Target Operating Model) Design and Execution.

A doer who likes to get stuck straight in.

Must have worked within a Facilities Management organisation or within a Service Centre (contact/customer service)/large Corporate environment.

You will also have worked as part of large change / transformation teams.

Along with knowledge of WFM Software Systems.
