Job description

Data Modeller/Planner/BA

Home based then Manchester or London thereafter

3 months (circa 12 months worth of work)

Day Rate £450

Role will involve triaging new requirements to provide impact assessments and current performance of the operational centres (number of people, average calls taken, average handling time etc.) - Building assumptions which can be used to inform the required size of the target operating model through scenario analysis.

Working with the business Stakeholders on process mapping, time and motion studies.

Using internal data around areas such as shift patterns, arrival patterns, seasonality, call volumes, call types, unit types, in order to deliver a new Resource Model that supports the new TOM that is being delivered.

Must be an excellent Modeller used to working with large Data Sets - to do with Workforce Planning/Scheduling (3rd Parties/Engineers)/Work Order Management Services/Call Handling times - Along with knowledge of WFM Software Systems.

Must have performed a Data Modeller role either within a Facilities Management organisation or within a Service Centre (contact/customer service)/large Corporate environment.
