Front End Developer

Up to £40,000 per annum



My client, a leading retail company are looking for an enthusiastic Frontend Web Developer with good UX skills to join their team and be part of a growing brand!

You will be working closely with developers and designers and will need to balance speed of delivery with a quality customer journey.

Your role in this team will be;

  • Building the front end of web based applications using the latest techniques and technologies
  • Working in a cross functional team, and attending SCRUMs and project meetings
  • Liaising with other front-end and back-end developers, designers and product team
  • Interpreting customer requirements to deliver efficient, functional solutions
  • Assisting in investigating and resolving web/software bugs

Required Skills:

  • HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Passion for design/UX, customer journey and conversion optimisation
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Website speed optimisation techniques and best practices
