Puppet SysAdmin Engineer
Project - Global banking organisation is undergoing a large IT transformation programme, which has created a number of opportunities for Systems Administrators/Automation consultants to be based in Sheffield, Barnsley & London.
The organisation has recently acquired the full product license of the technology Puppet, and plan to utilise the products full potential in which expertise from a technical perspective is required.

Puppet Enterprise specialist

* Extensive experience and proven track record in DevOps engineering for the Windows platform with excellent understanding of Red Hat Enterprise Linux version 6 and 7
* Excellent shell scripting ability with good programming skills (Python, Perl)
* Analytical with the ability to understand and resolve complex problems
* Thorough understanding of the management processes required to run large multi-country IT installations
* Ability to work in a multi country, culturally diverse and time-zone separated role
* Good communications skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
