Service Desk Analyst

Up to £25,000 per annum

My client based in Leeds, is expanding their IT Services Team due to the business growth. There are 10 vacancies available. It is a great time to join a business, as by 2019 a couple offices will be migrated to Leeds City Centre.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and log details about all incidents and service requests
  • Ticket management
  • Update users on the ticket status and next steps
  • Provide continuous service improvement and problem investigation
  • Act as the first point of contact for IT related issues
  • Own and resolve incidents and service requests

Requirements:

  • ITIL Foundation
  • Passion to IT
  • Experience/Awareness of Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, Mobile device management solutions
  • Skilled in analysis, problem solving and decision making, team working
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audience
