- CRM Support Administrator - Liverpool

My client is a large organisation based in the centre of Liverpool; they are a well established company in the Investment Management industry with over 10 offices across the UK. They offer a nurturing, development-led working environment with a competitive benefits package.
-Responsible for providing 1st line support to CRM systems users for problems and issues.
-Passing any technical issues to their IT team.
-Responsible for the management of transitional situation, such as the creation of new entities on CRM, conversion or Non-RID Entity to a RID Entity and leavers/closures.
-Assist in carrying on testing's on fixes and improvements to the CRM System.
